Refund policy

INCORRECT or DAMAGED ORDERS

It is important to us that you receive your items intact and as described. If there is an issue with your order (incorrect items, missing items, or damaged items) we will provide you with an exchange, refund, or replacement depending on the circumstance.
We do not offer exchanges for any other reason.

RETURNS

Full-size unused products may be returned. (seal must be in place for a refund- otherwise you will carry a store credit)
Samples, Limited Edition, Custom and used items are not returnable.
Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery and arrive back to us in their original condition.

You can initiate a return in your Customer Account and we will email a return shipping label. This postage will be deducted from your refund as well as a 10% restocking fee.
